We are Traditional Central Texas BBQ. We use Oak Wood and add a taste of Cherry to give it some Michigan flavor too! We are 100% Wood Fire, Slow and Low smoke, with most meats smoking for 12 hours.
All of our BBQ is all dry rubbed. However, we do make regional sauces in-house! Our Main Street is typical to a Kansas City Sweet, or if you like a little kick try the 'Spicy' version of our Main Street, our owners favorite is the North Carolina Vinegar, our customers rave over our Alabama White or travel to the south with the South Carolina Mustard. With sauces this good you're sure to find one you love!
